We handle your CPF registration from start to finish. A CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física) is Brazil's individual tax ID - required for banking, renting, investing and almost everything else. We take care of the process so you don't have to navigate it alone.

Important: Power of Attorney Required
This service requires signing a power of attorney document. The signature must be notarized before the CPF process can begin. MoraLá will provide the document template. Notarization can typically be done at a local notary or Brazilian consulate.
International Apostille Requirement
If the power of attorney is signed outside Brazil, notarization alone may not be sufficient. In many cases, the notarized document must also receive an Apostille under the Hague Apostille Convention in order to be legally recognized in Brazil. The Apostille is issued by the competent authority in the country where the document was signed.
In many cases, a scanned copy is not sufficient. Brazilian authorities, banks, registry offices and other institutions may require the original physical document containing both the notarization and the Apostille.
Depending on the country and intended use, additional requirements may apply - such as certified translations or registration procedures in Brazil.

Certified translations are not included in the service price. If certified translation of documents is required, MoraLá can arrange and manage the translation process on behalf of the client. Certified translation services are available upon request and typically add approximately €50-€100 to the total service cost, depending on the number and type of documents.
MoraLá assists with the application process but cannot guarantee CPF approval. Final decisions are made solely by the Brazilian tax authority (Receita Federal).
A notarized power of attorney is required before the process starts. We provide the document.
